1. شروط الاسترجاع

يمكن طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج.

يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، مع جميع المرفقات والتغليف الأصلي.

لا يتم قبول المنتجات التي تعرضت للتلف أو الاستخدام أو التغيير.

أرفق رقم الطلب وسبب الاسترجاع.

3. تكاليف الشحن

في حال كان الاسترجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا (منتج معيب أو غير مطابق للوصف)، نتحمل جميع تكاليف الشحن.

في حال الاسترجاع لأسباب شخصية من العميل، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن.

4. استرداد المبلغ

يتم استرداد المبلغ بعد استلام وفحص المنتج والتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع.

قد يستغرق الاسترداد من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.

5. استثناءات

المنتجات المخصصة أو المصممة حسب طلب العميل لا تخضع لسياسة الاسترجاع إلا في حالات العيوب أو التلف.

5. Exceptions
